Faulty toner received, no feedback for return!

I purchased a Generic HP toner cartridge from Computer Depot [URL Removed] and had it shipped to Pretoria. Upon installation the toner was faulty, when printing it only printed half the page. I contacted Computer Depot and more specifically Imraan Lakhi, who said then I must send it back. I inquired who is going to cover the cost and what is the address and if they can't send their courier to collect it. I have had no response. I have tried following up, I also made contact with their standard contact us form and tried their return form, but no response.<br> <br> This is extremely bad service as those toners cost some money.
