Waiting for replacement

I bought a notebook pack with Dawid Backham on the cover, it had a mouse, numpad, and a few other things in the pack.<br> FNB :-) R199.99 reserved for purchase @ Computer Corporation from cheq a/c.. using card... 2Sep 12:01<br> I returned it twice to the service department, they said they would replace the set for me and call me back.<br> So far they have never called back, they just ignored me for a long time.<br> <br> I want my money or a working device that works.
