Poor service

I am very disgusted in the service I received from Computer Corporation. They have these montly specials and this months special was a computer for R3300 and the processor was 3.3 ghz. We bought our computer and when we got home the computer said it's 2.8ghz, we called them because this is not what we paid for, after they put me on hold to speak to the management for about 15 minutes, they said they will phone me right back. I never got the call. The next day I went back to Computer Corporation with my computer, a half hour drive and the person responsible for the incorrect processor told me, and I quote, "I am actually doing you a huge favor". How is fixing your mistake doing me a huge favor?
