Disappointing experience with Computer Corporation (Zeerust) via Bob Shop

I recently purchased Crysis 3 (Order ***0) from Computer Corporation Zeerust on Bob Shop. Unfortunately, the product received was non-functional. When I reached out to the seller, it took over four hours and a second follow-up just to get a response, which was nothing more than a runaround.

A purchase is not a game of chance or a casino visit; when you pay for a product, it should work as advertised. The seller should have immediately offered a refund or a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe. I have now escalated this to Bob Shop security and am sharing this here to warn other buyers about the poor service and lack of accountability from this seller.
