Bought cougar phontum-s gaming head set it's about a3 months ago now the headphones lost sound computer corporation Secunda spar sent it in 16/06/20202 Cougar let them know they will exchange the ear phones . GREAT but it's now 29/07/2020 still waiting for my headphones 3 weeks they tell me next week it will be here and then next week comes they tell you again next week it will be here.
