My order was delivered in a timely manner as stated by the company

My order was delivered in a timely manner as stated by the company. I seemed to encounter a minor problem (turns out it wasn’t even an issue, I was just a little panicked) when using the product. When I sent an email/message regarding that, I received a response the following day explaining how to solve the issue and on top of that a phone call directly from them checking it everything was well with the product (you never really get any of those these days). Lastly, I just really appreciate the effort they put into making sure the product meets my standards(needs) and doing a follow up on my situation.
