After making the payment the battery replacement was dispatched to me the following day and delivered at my door before 10:00 am…I couldn’t have been happier!!! Suzanne is such a wonderful, kind and patient individual who went the extra mile to provide me with additional information on how to take better care of my new battery…an absolute gem.
