Compuseed selling junk through Takealot

Purchased a battery to run the router during load shedding. Battery died after 9 months. No recourse and strictly holding to their CPA 6 month warranty. I was informed that there is a certain way to use the battery so as to extend its life but one would assume that 1. This would be explained as instruction and 2. A battery should be able to last longer than 9 months. NEVER buy anything from them they are business people with very little concern for customer care or reputation. They primarily sell through Takealot and use this as a cover for dishonest business practices i.e: selling imported junk.
