Horrible Customer Service - Compuport Computers (Pretoria)

I went to them trying to find out what was wrong with my laptop and get a quotation to fix it. They told me that they will get back to me within a day and advise me what the problem is. But kept my laptop for almost a whole week, no calls and I am the one who kept on calling them. Thomas, the technician eventually told me that he lost all the data that was on my laptop and no apology whatsoever. It is when I decided to go and fetch my laptop. When I got there they demanded a booking fee of R450 for doing nothing. My laptop was still not working. I would not advise anyone to go to these ******, the service is bad and all they do is to trick you into signing in your device, and hide behind small prints on the piece of paper, to get you pay them a booking fee. You are not told all this when you leave your device !
