Debit money before giving loans

App**** for a loan with loan sa and this company debit me not providing me with a loan or any feedback on the loan. I called and cancel there service but this company this debited me now they sending me letter of demand. How does a company want a person to pay for a loan before it approve and not send your information to any of the panel. They refuse to respond to any emails and there agents are not able to assist when questions about the loan application and the month debit even after sending proof of the email that there service must be cancel
