Just overall bad experience with rude staff

Attempted to contact Compu Kart in Edenvale on the 10th of August to inquire about making a booking for a friend's child's birthday party for 8 people on the 19th of August. When they didn't answer any of the phone numbers provided on their website, I proceeded to send an email which also was not responded to. After attempting more phone calls between the 10th and the 19th, I checked the website again for any additional numbers and saw that no booking where required for less than 10 people. We then arrived at the facility at 10am,when they opened,on the 19th we were told that they are fully booked and could only help after 13:30 as we didnt have a booking. When I then told the manager on site that we had attempted to make a booking, he got very rude toward us and continued to talk over me, even after I showed him the email I had send. He then proceeded to check his email but did not want to deal with me (female) and proceeded to only deal with my boyfriend. I find this very offensive as I was the one that attempted to phone this facility and I was the one that had send the email. When they check his email box, the email was received and the manager then quickly confirmed that he never responded, blaming it on Loadshedding (not sure how load shedding was to blame for not responding to emails for over 8 days). To make matters worst, we had friends there that has a baby and this facility (which is suppose to be a family oriented institution) did not have any baby changing facilities and when we asked the staff if they had any such type facilities, we where told to just change the baby on one of the tables, the same table that people sit at, which is highly unsanitary and even worst as it provides absolutely no privacy to an innocent baby. The staff were very unhelpful and the manager on site was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemies.
