Bad experience and insulted by staff

Last 3 attempts to go go-karting was a total nightmare. First the track was flooded and karts were all over the show spinning etc. They gave us another opportunity to go and ride because of the track was flooded. The second time the karts had issues and when we asked them for help they sweared at us and stopped us the whole time because we apparently did something wrong. Today when we went the karts had issues again we stepped on petrol the karts where going now where and had no power. We went and spoke with the guy at reception and he said that he don’t worry about the previous times he just want to hear of today. The one guy came there and then told me that I have an attitude meanwhile him and the guy at reception is laughing at me in my face while I try to explain what is going on. He also then said that he is not scared to have an attitude and that he band us because we only went and report the issue. The ultimate goal of go-karting is setting good lap times and having fun how can you do this with broken karts that just stop for no reason?
