Money making

<p>I have bought a R6000 maths program from compu iq. I have moved in the mean time and somehow lost the program disc. I have tried to get assistance from them to get another disc so I can be able to use the program as its still installed on my laptop. Their assistance goes as far as " sorry mam you have to buy a whole new program if the disc is lost or ******. We can however replace a scratched or damaged disc. So tell me what is the damn difference because even if its a lost disc you still have to register the program with their support department. </p>
