Shocking service

<p>I am a business owner, so I fully understand the importance of good customer service and even better follow up service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have used Compressor repair and Services twice, and even gave them a business referral that secured them R20 000 of business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I took my compressor back, as it was giving me issues, the person I was confronted by, who is also the owner of the business, was extremely combative, and not willing to listen to my complaint, after being spoken to in a shocking manner, I requested that his assistant load my compressor back on my van, so I could be on my way, the answer I was given by Jay (the owner) was to F*#K Off, i was left speechless, I asked him how it is he can speak to client in this manner, to which he rep**** that he doesn't take S*&T from anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not use this company, their workmanship is bad, their service even worse.</p>
