HORRIFIC SERVICE - CALLED ME A ****

I was recently in an accident, where it was not my fault! I followed all the necessary steps in order to process the claim sent all my documentation on Monday 24 August 2015, I then had to wait 48 hours for my documents to be uploaded onto the file, which i did with no problem... I even allowed for extra time and only called them on Monday 31 August 2015.Spoke to Anita Jnr who informed me that they still require a copy of my vehicle registration certificate, which I mailed immediately, then had to provide for another 48 hours! Today I called them and was informed that I must wait till Friday as no-one has worked on my case, then a few minutes later i get a call from Gerrie Germishuys who was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me I am a **** and I did not send my documentation and he does not believe Anita could have said all my documentation could be there as he could not see it and became quite apprehensive towards me! I asked how would Anita know that the only outstanding documentation was my registration certificate if she did not have the rest of the documents??? Gerrie again insisted that I must be lying and he does not believe me!! I then find out his actually a director!!
