disgusted by the insurance service

Hi.<br> <br> On Wednesday last week 27/01/16 our car was knocked into while parked on the road, unfortunately we don't have insurance and had to claim from 3rd party.We submitted our paper work on Friday 29/01/16 thinking everything is in order, when we called the insurance company Pocket Sure ***)on Monday 01/02/16 to find out whats going on I was told that they never receive forms and we had to resend the email.After resending the forms and confirming it was received ,it was then handed over to CCS *** )on Monday 02/02/16.I was informed that we will receive a call that same day or latest on Tuesday. Tuesday I called CCS only to be informed that they have not received anything yet.I then called Pocket Sure and asked the broker Ryan Tait to please resend the claim which he did cause I was cc on it. Today 03/02/16 I called again and was highly disgusted with the service I received from Comprehensive Claims .<br> Spoke to Anita who told me they did not receive the claim. she took my number to call Ryan from Pocket Sure, and called back to say that the girl it was sent to no longer works there and we must RESEND, she then goes on to say im rude and she cant deal with me.
