I dealt with a gentleman at Compreforce (don't know if I should mention his name) with regard to a Magimix food processor spare part issue and his service was immaculate. He went out of his way to help me and I am not even a direct client of them. I was super impressed with the time and effort he put in to resolve my query, on which he makes very little money on a small spare part.
