Formal Complaint – Receptionist Conduct

Good day,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the receptionist from Components For Africa.

During my interaction with her, I found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I approached the conversation respectfully and politely requested to be connected to her colleague so that I could assist with the matter.

Unfortunately, the receptionist was very impolite and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I believe that this type of behaviour and treatment is unacceptable, especially when someone is making an effort to assist professionally.

I kindly request that this matter be addressed accordingly, as respectful and professional communication should be maintained at all times.
