Unacceptable Increase and No Response

I contacted the call centre as the monthly debit order for the GAP cover increased from R190 to R265 which is a 39% increase. I was told that it was an increase processed across the board due to claims so even if you had no claims you still got an increase - unacceptable.<br> <br> I tried emailing them aswell as I was not happy with the comments - no reply at all whatsover from them!<br> <br> Terrible service
