Their own internal compliance officer Michael Molokomme has opened his own administration company for funeral homes. <br> <br> Where he needs to monitor the compliance of funeral parlours of clients, is he luring the funeral homes to join his own company where the principal Charmaine van Wyk is the compliance officer.<br> <br> This causes conflict of interest with CTB clients. Clients of their clients is now touted with the confidential information at their disposal.<br> <br> The matter have been reported to the FSB with no prevail.
