Carmen villas body corporate disgusted!

Body corporate in this complex do just as they please without informing owners or renters . They dug up garden for fiber since before Christmas and closed trenches recently only. They have ruined gardens dug up stuff, left it laying in garden! I'm disgusted behind believe! All residents that live on my side of complex have enclosures but they are now bullying me to take mine down... infact they have ripped one fence down...but this is what was here when we moved in....so why do this now.
