No response to our request for a refund

My Mother was ill and on discharge from hospital needed someone at home to help her for a while. It was not terribly successfull and my mom decided after 10 days she no longer needed the nurse. I was assured that we would get a refund for the fee we had to pay for the whole month up front. I have sent emails SMS's phone calls and have absolutely no response. I am just ignored. Obviously they have no intention of refunding the amount not used.<br> <br> Jane
