WHAT A USELESS DEPARTMENT !!!

<p>I have been trying to register a Company for Workmens Compensation since February this year and what should be a simple on-line process has turned into an absolute nightmare.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have submitted the required documentation 5 times, I have queried with the call centre e-mail many times and keep getting answers that make no sense like "this Company is not registered" WHY NOT ?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Their telephone number NEVER gets answered so you cannot speak to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>We want to comply with regulation but I'm sure many Companies give up after this fiasco.</p> <p> </p> <p>Department is inefficient, frustrating and a complete failure. I shudder to think what happens when someone is injured.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT A JOKE!!!!</p>
