No Feedback on Revision of ROE for 8 Months

Since 30 May 2017 I have been trying to get our Company's Return of Earnings revised by the Compensation fund. We need our "letter of good standing" , every year it went well from 2013, this year of 2017 - 2018 has not been good. It took the Fund 3 Times in 6 months to lose our documents. The only then submitted again on 11 Nov 2017. When you call the call centre, they cannot help you to tell you what your status of revision is. The call centre only says that they will escalate it to their manager. NO response up to date as where we stand with our Revision. It has been a horrible experience as it seems no one in the call centre is equipped to answer any questions related to our problem. Our clients request a "letter of Good Standing" , we cannot do business without it in our Industry. I have now reached an email of a Supervisor "Nontombi Higa" but she does not even read or open my Emails. I am now getting a Lawyer to deal with this fund, as they clearly don't have any Service for Companies wanting to continue good business.
