*****ed up system and lack of assistance!

Its a pity you don't have an option to select zero star rating because that is where they belong. I done the ROE for 3 companies and have had no success with either of them. 1) Letter of good standing can not be issued because it is in a past date. I have been battling with calls and email and still no joy, about to lose work because I need to produce a letter of good standing. 2) Letter of good standing can not be issued because the account wan not paid, they have acknowledge receipt of my payment! 3) They wanted an audit done on why the figures in that company had dropped so much so I gave then all the information that they asked for and then the used the salary figures of the first company instead of the actual figures submitted! What more am I meant to do to get this resolved
