COMPENSATION FUND CALL CENTRE

The Compensation Fund Call Centre are not of much help. We have been calling since July and each call of us has been dropped after answered or someone just pick up the phone and put the phone next to them. We spend so much time trying to get hold of someone at the Call Centre and yet we are getting no where. How should any of us get anything done if the Call Centre can't help us. The Call Centre won't be that busy if they stopped picking up phones and just put them next to them for us to hear the conversations in the background for 20min.
