Claim not paid after 10 years

<p>In 2007 i was involved in a car accident ,it was an injury on duty and my employer advised me to go to department of labour to lodgged the claim .From 2010 up until now i have not yet been paid,in 2016 went to the department of labour to find out as to why i am not been paid ,they told me that the are some documents that are missing ,so in January 2017 i submitted all the documents but still i am not paid,when i call them they always saying the same thing that the person who authoriesd the claim are in the meeting, i am not working because of my disability and i am a father of 2 kids who are depending on me, i am really struggling in life and ,i wish hello peter can help me in this .</p>
