BANK MANDATE NOT CHANGED

Went to them twice in Pretoria on ********** 8 first time Second time on the ********** 7 to have our Bankmandate changed from Absa to Capitec. Till to today not done. On the ********** 1 we went to Vanderbijlpark office to find out whats going on. They said they will sort it. On the ********** 8. My salary Pensioen payment was made wrong again in the wrong bank. It is a big problem to get my salary back every month. When we went there to Vanderbijlpark to ask what now I was told all papers is submit aggain and it could take up to 6 month before payments can be made in my new account. In the maintime me and my family suffer because of not getting my money on time and it is everytime cost to get somebody to have it reversed and Absa bank also take there own time to reverse it.
