Bad Service & Lack of Communication

1.My company is being audited for the last 2 years and till date I have not found a WORKING Email address to send the documentation to. I phone the Compensation Fund at least once a week and the only response that I receive is send it to ********** When I phoned to confirm that my email was received the call centre operator told me that the emails is not working.

2. My email address change in Oct 2018 I am stillw aiting for someone to change it to the new one. I phone each week with the request and the response is: It has been done.
