Awaiting for company's compensation fund refund

Good day,

We were provided with two invoices for our company and we made a payment for both invoices and the accountant later told us that the previous invoice was rectified and we were to pay for the one. We have been sending e mails from 2 months ago for the one invoice to be refunded , no response and call centres phone just rings without a response.
