No Service

I got injured on duty, the reports were filed and the treatment was started. Half way trough Masc Solutions informed me that they are waiting for the compensation commissioner to respond months later I am still waiting from the commissioner and Masc Solutions. What is the use of paying these guys if they don't do their jobs. How does a company get a letter of good standing if it means nothing?
