injury on duty never received income

Good day my name Jacobus Fourie I got injury at work as the company dit not pay me for the time that I where at work I where at home for about 1 year the company said workmans compensation must pay me I dit fill in all the forms to claim my 75 present of my salary to get it every month its been almost 5 years now stil dit not received any payment I have sent the forms many times <br> And the accident that left me with n hand that I lost movement in and even that the accident where the managers fold I have stragel for more than n 1 year without any income what can I do I even try to take the company to court wich end up in n dead stop as the Labour act prevents me to take them to court thank u
