Injury on Duty and back damaged and arm numb

<br> I need your assistance with the matter below, my uncle John Saal who works at an abattoir in springbok got injured at work 2013 due to them carrying carcasses on their shoulders. He went for an operation and his back has been hurting since. He has been going to the doctor that the company arranged according to COIDA, but since his visit the doctor kept on saying to Him that he won't pay him out.<br> We sent the details to the DoL in Sprngbok and we have been trying to get feedback from them but no Luck.
