Compensation Commissioner

I am trying to get hold of the Compensation Fund for 3 months without any luck. My email address has changed and i cannot login because i need to change my email address to login to submit my returns .Nobody respond on their email nor does anyone assist me with this .The emails does not get answered or phone calls.
