Bad Service

<p>I</p> <p>did not receive my compensation pension (from the Offices of the compensation commissioner) since March 2017 the last time was in Feb 2017. Had to drive all the way to a different town to get proof that I am still alive. after that I had to send it through to the head office in Pretoria with no reply from them to say thank you or that they received my mail. After numerous attempts to try and phone all the numbers listed on Google to get feedback they told me it shows that I am diseased! went to labour department on Fri the 22nd of April only to hear there was a system problem and the machines are not running and gave me a number I must phone everyday if no payment is received to ask if the system is running and if I must send any more documents. Today I was told to wait till the 26 /27th and if no luck with receiving my pension I must just call back and they will check (again an email with all the proof that I AM alive was send to them). They admitted it was a mistake made on their side so why is nobody fixing the problem after all my attempts to call and email them and physically go there. I really do not know what will make it different this time around if no one is being honest or helpful. I need someone higher to help me regarding this matter.</p> <p> </p>
