Extremely Poor Service

Last year my wife was involved in a very light accident with her discovery 3, we called the insurance to come to the car which they did,took it land rover centurion which was fully booked then compendium instructed sanrose to fix the car, they took it to Mayfair gearbox.the accident happened on the 02/12/2015 and we got the car back after 3 months, the car was not fine, we had to take the car back and till to date the car is still with them and no one seems to be doing anything about it, we have sent numeracy emails and called hundreds times but nothing is happening, today my wife was told the car is still at Mayfair gearbox waiting for someone from compendium or sunrose but none of their story add up
