Appalling driving in a company vehicle, Compendium Insurance!

Would like to make it known that someone driving a white Compendium Insurance-branded vehicle (sedan), was driving very recklessly as he has no regard for speed limits. He was driving down Wessel Swart Drive at 17h23 on Saturday evening towards Harfield Village (new residential complex bordering onto Circular Drive) at a very high speed, coming around a bend in the road, such that the vehicle even seemed to be leaning around the corner due to his speed. My daughter and I were going for a walk and had my daughter not been as close as she was to the side of the road, this person could have easily knocked her down. I indicated to him to slow down, as I was a bit behind my daughter, and he flipped me off with a rude hand sign. Highly disgusted that he had no regard for the safety of pedestrians or the speed limit on a RESIDENTIAL road! And then was so arrogant as to make a rude hand sign in response to my indication to slow down.
