4 weeks and running...

Hi,<br> <br> My laptop got ****** month end Jan, its month end feb now... Still no sign of this being concluded.<br> <br> Ive sent all the pics, invoices and everything that was asked of me, but what do i get?! Nothing at all.<br> <br> I have to check daily the progress, no one updates me. To think this is just for my laptop, imagine i loose my car?? Is it going to take 3 months?<br> <br> In the 4 weeks ive missed 2 weeks of work, ive been pleading to get help please. But whatever, this need to be escalated.
