Frustration with registration

I have been battling since Dec 2019 to finalize our company's registration process. I upload documents as requested, but 3/4 months down the line, I get a email from a "do not reply" email address to tell me the certified date on the documents are outdated (which it would be if my registration is only looked at so long after submission)!!
