Frustrated/Dissapointed/Angry with Compeasy

I have been battling since October 2019 with the Compeasy System, my username has been approved I have been requesting a login password countless times with no success, their support is totally useless and pathetic, with a mail that says my username is approved but the portal says I am not registered, when phoning the comp Fund call center they confirm that I have been approved but cannot assist me any further, is this the level of incompetence that I need to deal with they set deadlines for reporting an accident but cannot do the most basic support, I cannot stand in queues at the DOL to submit documents as I have other work to do as well and isn't that why the online portal was created in the first place. I am not a very satisfied person and seeing as they are an entity that doesn't respond I doubt that my issue will be resolved any time soon
