********* hounding after an accident

Compass towing seriously needs to work on their staff training and is by far one of the most ********* companies staff I have ever come across! If you are in an accident refuse them, don't give them anything...seriously! Stay FAR away from this company!

Today after being hit by another vehicle in kenilworth, the driver from compass towing refused to leave me alone, pushing to have me agree to them towing my car and signing a paper. He even stated that I should not move my vehicle as the area where the airbags sensor was hit and that the airbags might explode...this is hilarious and a blatant lie! My vehicle is a classic 1984 model...it does not have air bags!! After hearing this blatant lie I told him to leave me alone, yet he continued to hound me pressing me to provide my insurance details and getting right into my face, he even tried to look over my shoulder to see who I was calling!!...needless to say I **** to finally get him to leave me the heck alone. I had just been in an accident for f^ck's sake!!

He left only to come back a minute later pressing for my real insurance details. Thankfully while he was away I had contacted my real insurance company and their driver arrived quickly...still this little sh%t from compass continued to press for my details.

This is completely ********* behavior that is completely in violation of the CPA. What type of **** sh#t operation are you guys running! I will never make use of yourselves in my personal capacity or for my company vehicles; and I will be contacting my insurance company to lodge a complaint against your company (which I hope my insurance does not use).

If this is how you treat your prospective customers I would hate to see how you treat those you actually do work for.

Your staffs behavior is completely unacceptable, is in violation of the CPA and is harassment. My question is what do you hope to gain with such behavior from your staff/drivers? Do you honestly think that you will get more customers or get peoples backs up against using your services? Common sense is severely lacking at compass towing.

Just say no.

Considering the rude response the below lady received from compass towing it looks like I saved myself a huge amount of trouble by refusing their "services". Lets see how they respond to my complaint or if it proves that their service is limited to the lowest common denominator.
