Compass Property Not Professional Practitioners..

My wife recently bought a house in Vanderbijl Park with the help of these professionals,so I thought,I was initially impressed by the Agent..the outstanding matter was the motor gate that was not functioning...2 months down the line from occupying the house...and raising this issue with the Agent..the previous owner agreed to reinstall a functioning motor gate..the gate never worked for a complete day,tripped plugs inside the house..I reverted the matter back to the agent who gave me empty promises...I wrote the email to his office, their lawyer Claudeen told me that the previous owner have conceeded that certain electrical equipments are not functioning as they should which in principle is contradictory to a property that was not bought on auction.instead of reviewing the proof I was willing to send to her( messages implicating me,his agent and the previous owner in trying to resolve this gate issue) she said I did not have legal standing as according to her I am a 3rd party..and she consider the matter closed..as disrespectful as it sound..I informed her that I will revert back to her or a neutral party when the Taute Family have taken a decision...I will advise people to stay away from these professionals,NOT SO Professional...
