Useless service from compass waste PTA

We are writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction with the service we have been receiving from Compass. We are a tattoo studio based in Pretoria, and despite paying for your waste management services, the quality and reliability have been consistently unacceptable. Your team is repeatedly late for collections, the boxes often arrive damaged or are missing entirely, and when components are missing, we are left waiting days before replacements arrive, despite phone calls everyday with promises left empty. This level of service is not only unprofessional, it directly impacts the hygiene standards and operations of our business. We are paying for a service that we are simply not receiving, and that is unacceptable. We expect reliable, timely, and complete service as agreed upon. Please address these issues immediately and confirm what steps will be taken to ensure this does not continue.
