With due respect, my name is _____Jacobus____

The driver who drives that truck isn't watching the road, and also very arrogant and selfish. I came up Shirley street, Port Elizabeth between 10:45 and 11:15 and the truck was standing dead still, almost in the middle of the road. When I decided "ok let me see if it's safe to pass him and there are no oncoming traffic", the driver just started reversing and went also skew. Then I hooted as a warning. He then aggressively waved as if he is saying "humba or voetsek." Not even bothered.

I decided not to press charges of reckless endangerment and driving at the police station.

Please speak to drivers about their driving and safety rules on the road.
