Compass medical waste KZN staff rude

I paid compass waste Kzn for my small disposal box 2 weeks ago to date. I informed them of the new practice address. To date there’s been no delivery. I called and spoke to a lady called Danielle who promised to call back and inform me of the situation. No phone was received. Yesterday I called them again and she was so condescending and unfazed by my obviously upset demeanor. She offered no explanation, apology or urgency to the matter. I have been disposing of my sharps in my own created container.

I have since found another company but I’m shocked at compass waste KZN as this is not the first time using them but first time experiencing this sort of behavior. I even thought it is new staff. KZN is notorious anyway for bad customer service and nonchalant service providers. I did not expect it with a company as big as compass waste
