Withdrawal from provident fund

<p>I am the last member of a provident fund. We started a liquidation process of the fund but have ran into numerous obstacles and are considering abandoning the process and going the route of withdrawing my funds. I was made redundant in 2012 when the business holding the fund was sold but as I had another business continued to contribute to the fund, along with other members of my staff who have since left and withdrawn leaving me the only member of the fund presently. I now wish to use my reduncy letter of 2012 to withdraw from the fund, place the amount into a preservation fund. Would this be allowed if we also abandon the liquidation process. What is the best route to take. </p>
