provident fund claim

Hellow I'm Fikiswa B Mcamba I need u to assist me about my provident fund claim that I made it on 26/09/2017 and the company confirmed that they recieved my claim so they told me to wait 6weeks and I never received my money until today when I do the follow up they told me to wait but the is something make me furious is on the 12/01/2018 there was money that I've received from them a 213,55 cents when I called them they told me they paid out my money so can u plz help me in this situation I'm not sure if they not ate my money your sencerly Fikiswa Beauty Mcamba
