Compass group sa provident fund

Hi there I want to find out which company sent my mothers money to unclaimed benefits so that I can contact them and they can check their system and see how much money my mother must get hence you can check with compass group how much she should've been compensated .. Her ID number is 780 ********** 086 as per you have requested for it , I have been pleading for so long please would you investigate about this as soon as possible.. My mother Nontando is still owed her money because she only received R1,246.49 in February this year whereas she was permanent at GM for so long hence I'm asking where the rest of her money is please investigaNdabambi (Dear Sir/Madam I'm contacting you about my late mother who received forms to fill in 2015 about her provident fund money hence she did so and waited a year for a response then in February early this year she received a message saying that she has been paid out only a thousand rand hence when she called then the person who answered whom was Yvonne told her that there are two Ndabambi's hence her money might have been transferred to the wrong person so they said she must wait 3 months for them to fix the matter but my mom lost her simcard and phone so I don't know if she got contact.. Anyhow my mother passed away recently on the 10th of August this year she was diagnosed of cancer ..

I would like you to investigate her case because she has been working along time before we were born and since then provident fund money was deducted monthly from her salary which means her payout is more than a thousand rand .. I'm her daughter Sinomtha I am 19years old and we struggling at home things are tough please do reply at my request I humble myself .. It states that if ever a person is deceased then the money would be payed out to his or her children ..

In brackets was the email I sent to them hence I sent them another few emails weeks back pleading nmg to contact compass group and ask them to check their system of how much money was supposed to be compensated to my mother , I have been waiting from a response up until now because when I call Puseletso answers the phen the she say she will tell Yvonne to get back to me or Lloyd to get back to me but none of that happens. That's why I decided to contact hello peter hence I'm in need of help
