CompariSure Funeral Cover bad services
I have signed up for a funeral cover with CompariSure on Facebook messanger last week, I haven't heard anything from them after providing my banking details.

I have signed up with you guys on face book messenger last week, I’m still waiting for my policy documents to be send to me the 1-2 business days is long overdue, when will first installment go off? I tried calling your offices but no luck, so much for good services.

As discussed on the call, CompariSure is a Financial Service Provider that is authorised to sell Metropolitan GetUp policies via our platform. You completed an application on our platform and we advised that we were unable to load your application, as you already had an existing policy with Metropolitan. As you had taken the policy out directly with the insurer, we were not able to send your documents to you, as this responsibility would have been with the insurer themselves.
We did however escalate on your behalf and were able to arrange for the policy document to be resent to you by the insurer and used our platform to send your existing policy document to you directly in Messenger.
We hope that you have now received your documents and that you are satisfied with the intervention that we have done on your behalf.
