<p>Company is a great environment towards the paying customer. When it comes to the staff and wages towards the waiters there are many problems. For example: waiters have to use their own money as a float, every shift we have to pay R70 breakages, we are not paid an hourly rate we get paid in commission, we dont know the percentage of our wages, we didnt get offered a contract at the start of our employment, when customers order hooka pipes we have to pay R70 cash out of our pockets. </p>
